He was appointed Manager of the Design and Promotions Area in TVE. He planned and performed the change of image of TVE. Programmes’ headlines and promotions were changed within the channel. All the graphic design of the Territories Centres in TVE was re-designed. The General Manager asked him to design a new ending for TVE with the royal family. He makes this himself, and, after a few months of hard work, he presented a new headline, modern, agile and with plenty information. This new headline was used for a few years by TVE with a new image of the Royal House at the end of the daily broadcasting (it was removed when TVE started broadcasting 24 hours).  

That new years eve (1987) he produced under the direction of PILAR MIRÓ (the current General Manager of TVE at that moment) the five hours lasting New Years Eve Programme "SUPER 88" with a lot of well-known artists and presented by ARTURO FERNÁNDEZ and CARMEN MAURA with a script from MIGUEL HERMOSO.

Among the invited artists were: HOMBRES G, JOAQUÍN SABINA, DUNCAN DHU, LA DÉCADA PRODIGIOSA, OLÉ OLÉ, GABINETE CALIGARI, RADIO FUTURA, LUIS EDUARDO AUTE, VICKY LARRAZ, SARA MONTIEL, CAMARÓN DE LA ISLA , EROS RAMAZZOTTI, KRIS KRISTOFFERSON, DIONNE WARWICK, ASTRUD GILBERTO, DONNA SUMMER, KID KREOLE & THE COCONUTS, SERGIO MENDEZ , BRIGITTE NIELSEN and so many other. TRICICLE, MARTES Y TRECE and LA TRINCA were responsible for the Humour.

An advertising Agency asked him the Production for the Campaign “ALL AGAINST THE FIRE”, he gathered together more than twelve singers such as EL DÚO DINÁMICO, SERGIO Y ESTÍBALIZ, JOSÉ MANUEL SOTO, CACO SENANTE, JOSÉ ANTONIO LABORDETA, MARI TRINI, MARÍA JIMÉNES, VICKY LARRAZ, EL FARY and so many other gave their voice and image for the musical spot.

At the end of 1988, he Directed and Produced alone "HOLA, HOLA 89", it was the first time the humour duet MARTES Y TRECE was invited to act as presenters and parody a lot of singers such as El Dúo Dinámico, Betty Misiego, Plácido Domingo, Montserrat Caballé, Luis Aguilé, El Puma and some other. The Humour duet Martes y Trece would present the New Years Eve Show in TVE for ten years.

With the performance of so many national and international artists such as MECANO. DURÁN DURÁN, LOS RONALDO, SAMANTHA FOX, GIPSY KING, PET SHOP BOYS, AZÚCAR MORENO, CANTORES DE HÍSPALIS, EL ÚLTIMO DE LA FILA, MARÍA DEL MONTE, BANANARAMA and so many other, and the special collaboration among the public of LOCOMIA (they were not still so well-known)
